Key Activities

Weekend Meals & Food Support

Warm meals and essential groceries for struggling families and the homeless.

Visits to the Elderly

Delivering gifts, regular visits, and transportation support when needed.

Winter Warmth Closet

Collecting and distributing coats, blankets, and gloves for those without stable housing.

Community Bonding Events

Raising awareness and reducing stigma toward the homeless and vulnerable groups.

Emergency Relief

Immediate small-scale assistance for urgent cases within our capacity.

Winter Warmth & Community Support – New Year Community Day

Date: Sunday, January 25, 2026, 9:00–12:00 • Location: Local park & community center, South Fallsburg, NY

Detailed Timeline

8:30 – 9:00: Check-in, distribute volunteer shirts, assign work groups.
9:00 – 9:15: Opening & safety briefing.
9:15 – 10:30: Litter collection, recycling, and park cleanup.
10:30 – 11:15: Distribute coats, blankets, gloves, and packaged food.
11:15 – 11:45: Community sharing, storytelling, encouragement.
11:45 – 12:00: Wrap-up & thank volunteers.
